How this works
- Log into the CRM (Arena OS) and pull up the portfolio production report.
- Export the report → save as CSV.
- Drag the file into the drop zone above.
- Arena parses, inserts into flightdeck.sales_report, and matches each row to a CRM deal by Advisor + Buyer name (exact → fuzzy → contract $).
- Reconciliation panel on /leadership refreshes automatically with the most recent upload.
Phase 2 (next week): Playwright scrapes the same report on a schedule so no manual export is needed.
